A graduate from the University of Texas in Dallas with a bachelor's degree in communications, Maryam worked in marketing for the music industry for over four years, two of which were in Los Angeles. She also developed strategic business ventures with private investors before entering the real estate industry, first in Texas and ultimately Manhattan. She serves on the Board of Directors in her own cooperative building, enjoys learning about different cultures through worldwide travel, and has a passion for music, fashion and modern art.
