Cristina Macia Allen

A native of Cuba, I have lived in South Florida since 1966. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I have been visiting the Keys since the early 70’s, wishing to buy a home here. My dream came true in 2013. My husband, Tony, and I purchased our home in Tavernier that year. We live here full-time, along with our rescue beagle fur babies, Louie and Lola.

I started my Real Estate career in 1994 as a Realtor-Associate for The Keyes Company – Pinecrest Office. I specialized in Corporate Relocations. In 2004, I joined EWM Realty in Miami as the Assistant Manager for the Coral Gables office. In 2010, I became the Vice- President, Managing Broker for the EWM Realty

– Coconut Grove Office. I held that position until 2015.

In 2015, I went back to selling as a Broker-Associate focusing on helping people with their Florida Keys Retreat. I have sold single-family homes, duplexes, half duplexes, mobile homes, condos, and vacant land from Key Largo to Little Torch Key. I have negotiated over 200 transactions. I have a knack for successfully selling and closing my listings seamlessly and finding properties for my buyers. I have extensive knowledge of the Florida Keys and Miami real estate market.

In our free time, you will usually find us out on our boat. Snorkeling the reefs, mermaiding, shrimping, looking for lobsters and stone crabs (in season), exploring the backcountry, sunset cruises, and going to waterfront restaurants are some of our favorite activities.
