She then obtained her government finance education through the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia and served as Fannin County’s financial director for eight years before finally transitioning to her first love—residential real estate. Her comprehensive knowledge of the local market, coupled with a gift for negotiation, resulted in her earning the distinguished Rookie of the Year designation at her previous brokerage.
