Katy Cardinale

Award winning Realtor, Katy Cardinale, serves as the Branch Manager for the Smithtown and East Setauket offices for Douglas Elliman. Using her tech savvy, superior follow-up and organizational skills, she ensures that all agents and clients are taken care of at a level of service that exceeds our competitors.

She continues to service her current and past customers, many of whom have become close friends. They look to her as a trusted resource and often refer their friends and family to her. She is honored to have built a network of happy clients all over Long Island.

Community service has always been a priority for Katy, previously volunteering at Cub Scouts, PTA events and with local families in need. She founded and currently serves as President of the Kings Park High School Robotics Booster Association. She boasts, “Kings Park FRC Team 5736 are the most amazing, intelligent, talented and friendly group of students I have had the pleasure to support.” Katy and her two sons live in Kings Park, enjoying travel, community events, and campfires in the back yard.
