Angela Cashion

Angela Cashion attended the University of Alabama where she graduated with an accounting degree and a master’s degree in tax. She began her career as a CPA with Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young, her focus was international tax. Working in international tax allowed her to live abroad in Italy and Grand Cayman, which sparked her love to travel and experience various cultures. She’s traveled extensively in Europe, Southeast Asia and to countries in the Middle East and Africa. Through these experiences, she’s gained a deep appreciation of other cultures and the various needs and expectations of many people, enabling her to better assist her clients with unique interest and ideas.

Angela left public accounting but continued to work with various Fortune 500 companies in the Atlanta area, spending a significant amount time with IHG. During the last several years, Angela also personally worked with prominent homebuilders in Atlanta and Vail, Colorado. She assisted with the financial aspects of their business as well as property management and marketing. Through this involvement, Angela gained a good understanding of the various phases and challenges in the development and building process. This collaboration of a strong financial background and homebuilding knowledge makes her uniquely qualified to confidently guide all levels of sellers and buyers through the intricacies of the transaction, whether it involves an individual deeded home or a more complex transaction involving LLCs or other entities.

Angela has a strong compassion for others and desire to help those who are less fortunate. Her desire to help others led her to volunteer for medical missions in both Africa and Mexico. Locally, she volunteered with Team in Training, completing a triathlon to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She also volunteers for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Northside Hospital and The Georgia Center for Child Advocacy. Her many interest outside of business include travel, scuba diving, snow skiing, sailing and fitness training.
