Thomas Castagnola

Mr. Castagnola is a licensed Associate Broker in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He is recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Senior Residential Specialist (SRES), and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Mr. Castagnola serves on the DC Public Policy Committee and has served as the Chairman of the Young Professional Network at the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. He was born in Annapolis, Maryland and was raised in the Washington Metropolitan Region. Mr. Castagnola earned a B.S. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona. His interests in art history and architecture brought him to the Washington, D.C. affiliate of Sotheby's. He has experienced the transformation of the city since 1995 and currently resides in Logan Circle. Mr. Castagnola represents buyers and sellers throughout the region and is noted as an expert in luxury real estate and relocation. He has specialized in historic properties and emerging neighborhoods because of his admiration for the architectural styles that are prevalent in the region. He is also interested in contemporary architecture and has had the pleasure of working with several renowned local developers on new construction projects throughout the region. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Castagnola was a highly successful client centered sales associate at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
